About the role

Ashtrom Properties is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team in Bnei Brak. You will work in a dynamic real‑estate environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Israeli regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and tax reports.
  • Monitor and control the annual budget.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, providing all necessary audit materials.
  • Manage ongoing interactions with regulatory authorities such as the Tax Authority and Securities Authority.
  • Maintain internal control procedures in line with Israeli corporate‑governance regulations.

Required profile

  • Certified CPA (Israeli CPA license) – mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant Controller in a corporate setting.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with the Priority ERP system is an advantage.
