About the role
Ashtrom Properties is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team in Bnei Brak. You will work in a dynamic real‑estate environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Israeli regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and tax reports.
- Monitor and control the annual budget.
- Collaborate with external auditors, providing all necessary audit materials.
- Manage ongoing interactions with regulatory authorities such as the Tax Authority and Securities Authority.
- Maintain internal control procedures in line with Israeli corporate‑governance regulations.
Required profile
- Certified CPA (Israeli CPA license) – mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant Controller in a corporate setting.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with the Priority ERP system is an advantage.
