About the role
The ETP Project Manager will lead key divisional technical projects, owning the project plan and budget while ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Validate resource allocation, map activities, and resolve execution gaps.
- Manage work plans, highlight risks, and ensure complete routing and timely deliveries.
- Plan, control and optimize R&D project budgets, flagging risks and driving optimizations.
- Interface with technical module owners, system engineering, disciplinary owners, product lines, operations, ICT and finance.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in engineering or science (M.Sc. advantageous).
- 5+ years experience on complex multidisciplinary projects and 3+ years as a project manager.
- Strong methodological and multi‑disciplinary project management skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts and risks in a matrix environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, AI, PDP.
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary technical products and systems.
