Enterprise Sales Development Representative - Israel

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system for global commerce, is hiring a Hebrew-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Tel Aviv office. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads that will build Airwallex's enterprise sales pipeline across the Middle East market. It is an onsite model, working from the office at least 4 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by email outreach or cold calling and follow up on designated touchpoints in a customer journey.
• Move quality leads through the funnel, connect them to a salesperson and arrange meetings.
• Build relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning, then qualify interest and viability before handing off to sales.
• Update activity and contact information in the CRM and support reporting.
• Test different outreach touchpoints, recommend strategies and best practices, and contribute to building them as the team grows.
• Share feedback with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging, and work with Account Executives on handover and the first call.

Required profile

• Track record of top performance or prior success in a related activity.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew are a must.
• Interest in technology and/or financial services.
• Ability to work as a self-starter in a hyper-growth environment.
• Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently.
