Employer Brand and Internal Communication Manager

About the role

Varonis is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands‑on professional to shape and amplify its employer brand in Israel. You will own the narrative that connects employees, candidates, and the broader cybersecurity community, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Varonis’ culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the employer brand strategy for Varonis Israel.
• Maintain a consistent employee and candidate experience across recruitment campaigns, internal communications, events, and digital channels.
• Create storytelling assets that highlight Varonis’ culture, technology, and impact.
• Lead internal communication initiatives that boost engagement, alignment, and pride.
• Partner with Recruiting to design innovative employer‑branding campaigns that attract top talent.
• Manage Varonis’ presence at technology conferences, university programs, meetups, and community events.
• Collaborate with external partners such as PR agencies, event organizers, and content creators.
• Produce digital and visual content including presentations, videos, social media assets, and event materials.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives, continuously improving reach and impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, or related fields.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and drive engagement across multiple channels.
• Strong partnership skills with HR, recruiting, product, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Israeli technology and cybersecurity ecosystem.
