Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

Bounce is a fintech startup that helps consumers navigate debt with AI‑driven solutions. We are expanding our email marketing function to deepen engagement and drive long‑term relationships. As an Email Marketing Specialist you will design, execute and optimise B2C email campaigns that guide users from first contact to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch email marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement and personalization.
• Analyse user data to create segmented audiences and tailor messaging for distinct personas.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Customer Success teams to align email strategy with overall business goals.
• Test and optimise subject lines, copy and design to improve open rates, click‑throughs and conversions.
• Manage campaign workflows using automation platforms such as Customer.io or Braze.
• Grow the email subscriber list and develop retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
• Monitor deliverability, ensure timely sends and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital communication, preferably in a B2C or fintech environment.
• Strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft compelling email copy.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and refine strategies.
