Ecosystem Lead – Scaleup Companies – Tel Aviv Tech

About the role

The Ecosystem Lead will manage and nurture ongoing professional relationships with scale‑up technology companies in Tel Aviv‑Yafo. Working within the Tel Aviv Tech unit, the role focuses on designing and delivering innovative solutions that help companies expand their activities and remain in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily liaison between the municipality and growing tech companies as part of the Tel Aviv Tech ecosystem team.
• Identify evolving needs of scale‑ups and develop relevant, innovative responses.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with venture funds, accelerators, incubators, co‑working spaces, entrepreneurs and corporations to create partnership opportunities.
• Initiate, develop and lead projects and events tailored for scale‑up companies.
• Facilitate collaborations between ecosystem stakeholders and municipal bodies.
• Represent the ecosystem at relevant conferences, meetings and events.

Required profile

• Relevant academic degree (e.g., International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship).
• Minimum three years of experience in a technology ecosystem, community management, business development, project management or related fields.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (native‑level proficiency).
• Deep knowledge of the Israeli and Tel Aviv innovation ecosystem, including key players, trends and challenges.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience leading long‑term projects from concept to execution.
• Strong independent work ethic, initiative and ability to drive processes and people.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
