Director of Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Revenue to lead revenue management across our hotel portfolio in Israel. The role balances financial objectives of lodging products, maximising total revenue and profit from guest rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data, generate reports and forecasts, and identify trends to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for transient, wholesale and group segments, and conduct revenue tests.
• Collaborate with General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners to communicate and adjust sales strategies and rate restrictions.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data, monitor distribution channels and competitor positioning.
• Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders on performance, challenges and opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Proven experience in revenue management, sales or marketing within local or international hotel chains.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
