Director of Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, positioning and inventory decisions for our portfolio of hotels in Herzliya. The role is responsible for maximizing total room revenue and profit by developing and executing effective revenue strategies across transient, wholesale and group segments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data, booking patterns and STAR reports to identify trends, forecast demand and set optimal pricing.
• Develop and recommend sales and pricing strategies for transient, wholesale and group customers.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data and monitor distribution channels for correct hotel positioning.
• Collaborate with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners to communicate strategy and drive revenue performance.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations and the annual room revenue budget.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and adjust tactics to capture market share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with at least 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales or marketing, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
