Director of Organizational Development & Learning

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Director to shape and execute its Organizational Development, Learning, and Leadership Development strategy. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this senior leader will partner with the executive team to drive cross‑functional initiatives that enhance capability, change management, and organizational effectiveness across a global pharmaceutical business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company‑wide OD, Learning & Leadership Development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and deliver leadership, management and talent development programs, including change management and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Own learning, training, certification and professional development activities, managing the LMS, external vendors and budget.
• Identify capability gaps and create targeted learning journeys for key roles and populations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people‑related matters and provide direct leadership to the Training & Learning team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning, Leadership Development and Training, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• 4+ years designing and leading leadership and management development programs.
• Proven track record leading organizational change, transformation initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
