About the role

Persona.ly is a fast‑growing, globally‑focused company that builds machine‑learning models to predict user behaviour in mobile apps. We are looking for a resilient, hands‑on HR & Recruitment professional to own the full‑cycle recruitment process and manage HR operations across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute end‑to‑end global recruitment for Europe, China, Korea, Singapore and other regions.
• Own day‑to‑day HR lifecycle operations, including hiring, compliance with local regulations, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee welfare initiatives.
• Partner with the Founder & CEO and team leaders to provide HR support, business‑aligned recommendations on labour laws, benefits and employee matters.

Required profile

• Resilience, excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience in global recruitment (must).
• Hands‑on experience with the full employment life‑cycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• High proficiency in spoken English for interviews and daily communication (will be tested).
• Strong business understanding and ability to operate in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
