Director, Global Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Stratasys is looking for a strategic, business‑oriented leader to shape and drive its global Total Rewards strategy across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and Israel. As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure compensation, benefits, equity and recognition programs support growth, attract top talent and align with the overall people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance and execution of global compensation, benefits, equity and executive compensation programs.
• Develop and evolve compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive plans, job architecture and pay‑transparency practices.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, salary reviews, bonus cycles and equity planning worldwide.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on promotions, talent retention, workforce planning and organizational changes.
• Manage global benefits and wellbeing programs, vendor relationships and program effectiveness.
• Provide compensation analytics, market benchmarking, workforce modeling and executive reporting.
• Support M&A activities through due‑diligence, integration planning and Total Rewards harmonisation.
• Ensure compliance with global labour, tax, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Build and develop a high‑performing global Compensation & Benefits team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, including global leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading multi‑country compensation programs in a matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation governance, executive compensation, benefits, job architecture and equity programs.
• Excellent financial, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic decisions.
