DevOps Engineer

About the role

ControlUp is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help drive the next generation of its Digital Employee Experience platform. You will work with a global team to build, operate, and improve a large‑scale, AI‑enhanced infrastructure that powers autonomous endpoint management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and IT teams to design and enhance ControlUp’s infrastructure.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor a large‑scale production platform, including on‑call rotation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Research, create, and implement monitoring solutions and AI‑driven workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, from console debugging to writing new automation scripts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• High‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
