Data Center Security Manager (Bilingual English/Hebrew)

About the role

Google is seeking a Data Center Security Manager who will lead security initiatives for our data center facilities in Israel. The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Hebrew and combines project leadership, risk mitigation, and vendor management to protect critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own security budgeting and manage physical‑security vendor performance to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement security policies, lead investigations, and proactively reduce operational risk.
• Direct response to active security incidents, coordinate critical event workflows, and act as the primary liaison with public safety officials and law enforcement.
• Implement compliance processes aligned with CSRM policies, standards, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
• Provide data‑driven insights through security technology, data analysis, and data visualization to guide project direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years coordinating or managing resources for data‑center locations and leading physical‑security operations or threat‑management projects.
• Proven experience with CCTV, access‑control, incident‑management systems, and security‑operations‑center platforms.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, 4 years developing risk‑mitigation processes, and 2 years planning security strategy for data‑center environments.
