Security Officer – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Security Officer will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets at Six Senses Shaharut. This role involves overseeing patrolling activities, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and control patrolling by security guards, ensuring adequate coverage of all resort areas.
• Monitor movements of guests, visitors, contractors, and staff, especially on guest floors and back‑of‑house areas.
• Screen visitors to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of security incidents and submit detailed reports to the Front Office Manager.
• Assist in the Fire Command Center and demonstrate full knowledge of fire/life safety systems and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of security experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Defibrillator use.
• Fluency in Hebrew; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with various security systems and monitoring equipment.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and produce clear reports.
