GRC Operations Specialist

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a passionate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Operations Specialist to help make its digital‑asset platform the most secure and trusted solution on the market. You will drive day‑to‑day GRC programs, ensure they run on schedule, and align with business needs, focusing on Third‑Party Risk Management and employee security awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Third‑Party Risk Management program, including vendor assessments, supplier register maintenance, annual follow‑ups, and end‑to‑end workflow design.
• Manage the security awareness program—employee training, phishing simulations, and resilience initiatives—to keep content and cadence aligned with evolving expectations.
• Plan and track GRC projects, oversee annual planning, and support audits, risk assessments, certifications, policy management, and business continuity activities.
• Drive efficiency through AI‑powered automation, data‑driven research, and innovative tooling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or third‑party risk management.
• Hands‑on experience with security awareness programs, including training development and phishing/vishing simulations.
• Demonstrated daily fluency with AI tools such as chatbots, coding assistants, and AI‑assisted automation.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
