Customer Success Manager – Tax & Accounting for Global Equity

About the role

Slice Global Equity is seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong tax or accounting background to help companies navigate the financial and compliance complexities of global equity compensation. You will work directly with CFOs, controllers and finance leaders, guiding them through equity‑related guidance, valuation inputs, equity modifications and reporting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for customers implementing tax‑ and accounting‑focused equity workflows.
• Advise customers on equity‑related guidance, valuation models and stock‑based compensation reporting.
• Ensure correct setup and ongoing accounting treatment/compliance for options, RSUs, PIUs and other equity instruments.
• Interpret modification events, expense impacts and audit requirements with clarity.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to improve accounting modules and tax reporting across the platform.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to finance leaders navigating routine and advanced accounting scenarios.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long‑term success.

Required profile

• Background in tax, accounting, financial reporting or audit (Big 4 experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of ASC 718, IFRS 2 and equity compensation accounting.
• Experience supporting audit cycles, close processes or SBC reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to customers.
• Excellent English and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
