Customer Success Manager - Italian speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join Auzen, a fast‑growing digital healthcare startup that provides advanced hearing aids and remote fitting services. In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers in Italy, guiding them from the first interaction through onboarding, support and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for Italian‑speaking customers, managing the relationship from first contact to ongoing follow‑up.
• Handle inbound leads, guide prospects through the sales cycle and close deals.
• Onboard and train customers, providing continuous support to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor customer health, drive retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate via phone, chat, email and CRM tools, and share insights with Product, Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fast learner, patient, solution‑oriented and able to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable multitasking across tools and managing multiple interactions.
• Interest in healthcare technologies; experience in customer success, support or sales is a plus.
• Calm, structured and effective under pressure.
