Customer Services & Safety Agent (Bilingual)

About the role

Bond is looking for motivated bilingual agents to support members throughout their experience and handle safety situations. The role involves providing multi‑channel assistance and responding to security incidents during a 24/7 shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class support via video, phone, email and chat for product, billing and general inquiries.
• Monitor, analyze and triage member requests to identify optimal solutions.
• Respond to security situations, coordinate appropriate actions and ensure client safety.
• Document, process and report interactions in real‑time or post‑incident formats.
• Maintain compliance with data‑privacy policies while handling sensitive information.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• High attention to detail, process‑oriented and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work shift‑based schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Capability to remain seated for extended periods and interpret visual data on screens.
