Retention Representative

About the role

Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping people? Join MyHeritage’s Retention team and make a real impact by keeping customers connected to a product they love. You will work directly with paying customers who have requested refunds, understand their concerns and propose solutions that keep them engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have requested a refund for their annual subscription, listen to their issues and provide tailored retention offers.
• Promote longer‑term subscription options that match the customer’s needs and encourage continued use of MyHeritage services.
• Record each interaction and update the customer’s account with the outcome.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in sales, retention or telemarketing, with a fast‑learning, problem‑solving attitude.
• Motivated, independent and proactive work style.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is advantageous.
