Customer Service Legal Support Advisor – Hebrew

About the role

As a Customer Service Legal Support Advisor (Hebrew) you will protect Booking.com’s brand reputation while handling complex legal issues that affect travelers and partners. Based in Tel Aviv, you will investigate high‑risk claims, represent the company in small‑claims court, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fair, win‑win solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Booking.com in person during small‑claims court proceedings in Israel.
• Manage high‑risk or complex claims and complaints promptly to avoid brand and financial damage.
• Liaise with third parties such as consumer unions, lawyers, and attorney‑general offices on behalf of customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct investigations, gather information, and escalate issues when needed.
• Handle fines, sanctions, invoice processing, and payments in line with procurement standards.
• Ensure all communications comply with privacy regulations and provide accurate information.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for non‑standard cases and analyse data to identify trends that improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pragmatic problem‑solver with a passion for customer advocacy and compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and internal departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience handling high‑risk customer complaints or claims.
• Familiarity with Israeli small‑claims court procedures (no formal legal degree required).
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and procurement standards.
