Customer Enablement Manager

About the role

Buildots is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to design and deliver internal learning programs that empower its Customer Success teams. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, up‑skilling existing staff, and ensuring smooth adoption of new product features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp‑up.
• Design, create, and maintain enablement content such as guides, playbooks, training kits, demo flows, technical documentation and certifications.
• Support continuous training initiatives for existing Customer Success Managers, including product updates and skill development.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, CS and Delivery teams to improve processes and drive customer value.
• Track enablement impact using key performance metrics and iterate on programs.
• Partner with Product and Technical teams to facilitate feature roll‑outs and pilot adoption.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Customer Success Enablement or Instructional Design at a global technology company.
• Proven experience working closely with GTM teams (Customer Success, Sales).
• Demonstrated ability to design end‑to‑end learning paths and training modules.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of managing cross‑functional projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative, data‑driven thinker who connects learning solutions to business outcomes.
