Lead Instructor – Enterprise Training (Remote)

About the role

This remote position leads engaging, hands‑on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. You will guide learners through realistic scenarios, helping them build practical skills in modern, data‑informed promotional planning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) with onboarding, dry‑runs, and client‑specific tool training.
• Facilitate hands‑on exercises that walk participants through realistic promotional planning workflows.
• Explain promotional concepts, terminology, processes, and performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality.
• Help establish consistent promotional terminology and processes across multiple global markets.
• Adapt delivery to audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users and troubleshoot live tool issues.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis, or a related field with familiarity of promotional terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software confidently in a live virtual environment.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual training sessions for mixed‑skill audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with a professional virtual presence.
• Ability to work remotely, manage structured delivery requirements, and adapt to evolving client needs.

Required skills

• Understanding of retail promotion concepts, mechanics, and sales processes.
• Ability to explain performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality) in clear business terms.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted planning tools and the distinction between automated recommendations and human judgment.
