About the role

We're hiring PointFive's Controller to own the company's global accounting function across every legal entity in the group and worldwide office presence. The role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with Legal, HR, RevOps and external advisors as the company scales post‑Series B.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including intercompany eliminations and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS subscription contracts, covering marketplace transactions and channel/reseller economics.
• Run the external audit end‑to‑end, from PBC preparation through auditor liaison and issue resolution.
• Oversee tax compliance across jurisdictions – Israeli statutory filings, US state obligations, and cross‑border withholding/self‑invoicing requirements.
• Support payroll oversight for Israel, US, UK and other locations, handling cross‑border edge cases.
• Build and document internal controls with a focus on SOX‑readiness as the company scales.
• Assist with cash management, banking relationships, and board‑level financial reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a global, multi‑entity organization.
• CPA license (Israeli or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with Israeli GAAP/tax is a plus.
• Proven multi‑entity, multi‑currency consolidation experience, preferably spanning Israel and the US.
• Background in a high‑growth SaaS/tech company.
• Experience leveraging AI in finance systems and processes.
• Hands‑on Netsuite experience.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
