לחברת נדל"ן יזמית בתל אביב דרוש/ה חשב/ת לתפקיד הנמצא בלב הפעילות הפיננסית של החברה ומשלב חשבות, דיווח כספי ובקרה, לצד אחריות על תהליכים פיננסיים בחברה ציבורית.תחומי אחריות:• עריכת דוחות כספיים רבעוניים ושנתיים ואחריות על תהליכי איחוד ודיווח כספי• עבודה בהתאם לתקני IFRS, לרבות IFRS 15• פיקוח ובקרה על הנהלת החשבונות, חיובים וגבייה• הכנת דוחות ניהוליים, בקרות וניתוחים פיננסיים• עבודה שוטפת מול רואי החשבון המבקרים• מעורבות בתהליכים פיננסיים הקשורים לפעילותה של חברה ציבוריתדרישות:• רו"ח מוסמך/ת - חובה• התמחות באחד ממשרדי ה-Big 4 - חובה• לפחות שנתיים ניסיון לאחר התמחות - חובה• ניסיון בחברת נדל"ן יזמית/קבלנית או בביקורת ובקרה של חברות נדל"ן - חובה• ניסיון בסביבת חברה ציבורית ובהליך הנפקה - חובה• ניסיון בעבודה לפי IFRS, בדגש על IFRS 15 - חובה• שליטה גבוהה מאוד ב-Office• ניסיון בחשבשבת - יתרון Show more Show less
