Controller – Finance Operations (Hybrid)

About the role
We are hiring a Controller for our finance team in Petch Tikvah. The role is hybrid, allowing up to three days of remote work per week. You will support fast‑growing high‑tech companies and startups operating in Israel and the US.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual reports (P&L and balance sheet).
- Produce financial statements and tax reports for Big 4 audits.
- Develop and update budgets.
- Support bookkeeping and payroll functions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
- Professional experience with a Big 4 firm (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of post‑internship experience in high‑tech or fast‑growing startups.
- Experience preparing financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli statutory requirements.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
