About the role

NESS is seeking a Content Editor to create and refine informational guides and instructional micro‑copy in the health and medical sectors. The role combines writing, editing, SEO optimisation, and performance measurement to ensure content meets both user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit health‑related guides, medical informational pieces, and micro‑copy for user interfaces.
• Optimize all content for search engines and track its performance using analytics.
• Manage relationships with external content suppliers and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, and marketing, to align content with project requirements.
• Maintain content within the company’s content management system, ensuring version control and consistency.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background (e.g., journalism, communications, health sciences).
• Minimum three years of professional experience in content editing.
• Proven ability to source, analyse, and structure information effectively.
• Experience measuring content success and making data‑driven improvements.

Required skills

• Search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques and analysis.
• Use of content management systems (CMS) for publishing and maintenance.
