Lemon MSS, a global marketing agency focused on the healthcare and medical sector, is seeking a talented Social Media Content Writer. You will craft compelling stories and copy that resonate across various social platforms, helping our clients engage their audiences and achieve marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Write creative, engaging, and on‑brand content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, stories, and other assets.
• Develop content concepts and ideas for social media campaigns tailored to different brands and audiences.
• Adapt messaging and tone of voice to suit each platform and target group.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, formats, and emerging content styles.
• Research relevant topics and translate complex information into clear, engaging social content.
• Optimize content based on audience engagement metrics and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content writing or copywriting.
• Excellent written English with strong storytelling ability.
• Proven track record of creating engaging social media copy.
• Understanding of the distinct content styles of major social platforms.
• Creative, curious, and highly attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt writing style to different brands.
• Marketing mindset with knowledge of target audiences and brand positioning.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or digital marketing is a plus.
