Brand Manager – International Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and creative Brand Manager to join our International Marketing Division. In this role you will own the brand’s marketing activities across multiple countries, adapting products and positioning to local markets while driving digital, commercial and e‑commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the brand’s marketing activities across international markets.
• Support the adaptation of products, positioning and marketing strategies for local markets.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns on digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging content and oversee digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with E‑commerce, Sales/Trade and Business Development teams.
• Lead cross‑functional processes and manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
• Native‑level Hebrew and high‑level English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interfaces simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Creative mindset with high motivation and a passion for marketing.
