Content and Social Media Manager

About the role

Balance is looking for a Content and Social Media Manager to turn marketing strategy into execution. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional teams, you will shape product storytelling across the website, campaigns, events and partner channels, targeting finance and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality marketing content such as landing pages, blogs and reports.
• Develop and optimise social‑media content that reinforces product positioning and drives brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to produce campaign assets that generate pipeline.
• Own the website experience, launch new pages, test messaging and use data/AI tools to improve conversion.
• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns across the funnel, from event promotion to nurture sequences.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS or high‑growth startups.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to move ideas from concept to launch quickly.
• Self‑starter with ownership mentality, able to identify gaps and act independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in native‑level English.
• Experience supporting field marketing and event programmes (trade shows, conferences, hosted events).

Required skills

• High fluency with AI marketing tools, including Claude Code.
• Proficiency in using ChatGPT for content generation.
• Experience with other generative AI tools for marketing execution.
