Solutions Marketing Manager

About the role

Rapyd is looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to translate its global payments technology into compelling campaigns and marketing assets. The role works closely with product, sales, and executive leaders to drive demand and support the worldwide sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the business unit GTM strategy into an actionable marketing plan.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, collateral, ads, web copy, and sales tools that showcase the Rapyd tech‑stack.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals.
• Report on project impact, recommend new initiatives, and help generate repeat business opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical, product, or vertical marketing experience.
• 3+ years in the payments industry; cross‑border payments experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of building, executing, and measuring campaigns and product launches.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience working with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Technical marketing and product marketing expertise.
• Deep understanding of enterprise customer journeys, persona targeting, and overall customer experience.
• Ability to quickly pivot based on campaign results and sales feedback.
