Construction Solution Manager

About the role

We are transforming construction management with AI and computer vision. Our AI‑powered SaaS platform automates on‑site progress tracking, helping teams plan smarter, improve efficiency, and cut costly delays by up to 50%.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage clients’ construction projects in the system.
• Create and maintain the project’s digital twin from models, plans, and schedules.
• Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle and manage the technical relationship.
• Interpret construction data and collaborate with internal design tools and teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on construction field experience, preferably on large‑scale or complex projects.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
• Ability to work from the Tel Aviv office at least four days per week.

Required skills

• Experience with BIM environments.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Competent with MS Office.
• Competent with Google Workspace.
