Facilities Operations Specialist

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to own the day‑to‑day management of its large Tel Aviv office. The role is hands‑on, site‑based and requires rapid decision‑making to keep the workplace safe, reliable and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, access control, deliveries, utilities and workplace services.
• Lead incident resolution from assessment through stabilization, vendor escalation, root‑cause analysis and verified closure.
• Manage building management and external service providers, overseeing contracts, SLAs, schedules, service quality and costs.
• Develop and maintain preventive operating models with maintenance plans, inspections, checklists, inventory control and Health & Safety compliance.
• Drive small‑to‑medium facilities projects from concept to handover, handling scope, budget, vendor selection and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of direct facilities or building‑operations experience in a large, high‑occupancy site.
• Proven ability to independently manage urgent incidents, prioritize competing tasks and see issues through to verified resolution.
• Strong experience negotiating with vendors, enforcing contracts and addressing under‑performance.
• Excellent judgment, organization and follow‑through, with fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Willingness to be on‑site regularly and respond to emergencies outside standard hours.
