BIM Consultant – On-site (Tel Aviv)

About the role

Vi-Soft is seeking an experienced BIM Consultant to work on‑site in the Tel Aviv District. You will act as the bridge between advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and on‑site QA/QC execution, partnering with general contractors, project managers and lead engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead model coordination, ensuring compliance with project standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements and data consistency across multidisciplinary models.
• Integrate Vi‑Soft’s digital QA/QC tracking and validation workflows into daily BIM coordination processes.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil teams to detect clashes, resolve technical discrepancies and align execution with design intent.
• Provide on‑site subject‑matter expertise, delivering hands‑on training, troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks and driving platform adoption.
• Refine standard operating procedures, modeling templates and QA/QC documentation to continuously improve delivery standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural or MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a BIM‑focused role (e.g., BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, BIM Consultant) within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent Hebrew and professional‑level English with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Formal BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART) are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Experience with multidisciplinary BIM platforms and workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based Common Data Environments (CDE) and field‑management software integration.
