About the role

Mindspace is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead and nurture its vibrant member community in Petah Tikva. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will create memorable experiences, foster connections, and ensure a five‑star service environment for all members.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong community through professional networking, events, and engaging activities.
• Design and execute fresh, inclusive programs that encourage collaboration and creativity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering personalized support and a premium experience.
• Coordinate closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless daily processes.
• Continuously gather feedback and adapt initiatives to meet evolving member needs.
