About the role

Zap group is seeking a Senior Content Lead to drive B2B content strategy across its extensive network of consumer websites. You will create high‑impact articles, guides and branded material for small and medium‑sized business owners while leveraging generative AI tools to boost quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a B2B content strategy that aligns with business and marketing objectives.
• Produce SEO‑optimized articles, professional guides and branded content for the group’s portals.
• Manage and enrich content across Zap Group’s diverse network of websites.
• Integrate generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney into daily workflows and brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience engagement and continuously refine content for higher conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, digital editing or copywriting, preferably on high‑traffic portals.
• Proven track record creating strategic B2B content for business owners.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and a passion for innovative content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimisation.
