Head of D2C and Growth

About the role

Loops Lab is seeking a hands‑on Head of D2C and Growth to lead its global direct‑to‑consumer business. The role blends commerce, technology, data, performance marketing and AI to build and optimise the end‑to‑end digital revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own D2C revenue, performance and profitability across all digital channels.
• Manage and integrate Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, TikTok Shop and emerging commerce platforms.
• Lead Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance‑marketing activities, ensuring omnichannel attribution and optimisation.
• Drive conversion‑rate optimisation, merchandising, promotions and pricing strategies.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, LTV, CAC and ROAS metrics.
• Forecast digital revenue, produce reporting dashboards and translate complex data into commercial decisions.
• Implement AI tools, automation and new integrations to accelerate workflows and decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product, Operations and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Highly hands‑on: able to work directly in platforms, diagnose issues and build solutions.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue, margin, conversion, CAC, ROAS and inventory.
• Data‑native: comfortable with complex datasets, dashboards and multi‑source attribution.
• AI‑native and automation‑oriented, actively using AI tools to improve processes.
