About the role
The Commercial Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support for the deployment, construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure legal compliance and commercial effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general legal support across all phases of renewables projects.
- Draft and negotiate contracts such as EPC, O&M, MSA, and procurement agreements.
- Offer legal consultation to construction, project management, asset, operations, procurement, business development, and IT teams.
- Advise on financing processes and support related legal work.
- Contribute to various legal and corporate projects as needed.
Required profile
- LLB degree and a valid Israeli Bar license.
- 5‑7 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a top law firm or high‑end legal department.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Proven experience drafting legal documents in English.
- Experience in energy and infrastructure law is an advantage.
- Experience with EPC and O&M agreements is an advantage.
- Strong professional ethics, organizational, and project‑management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; a team player.
