Clinical & Sales Specialist – Intensive Care & Emergency Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical & Sales Specialist with a strong background in intensive care or emergency medicine to join a leading medical device company. The role is field‑based, covering hospitals nationwide and focusing on advanced medical technologies used in emergency settings.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clinical teams in hospitals across Israel.
• Deliver clinical training, guidance, and ongoing support for advanced medical devices and systems.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Identify business opportunities and drive commercial processes in the field.
• Work with procurement teams, conduct negotiations, and manage sales processes through to closing.
• Initiate customer meetings, follow up on ongoing processes, and pursue new opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant clinical background in emergency medicine (paramedic, nurse, or similar).
• Familiarity with hospital environments and experience working with healthcare professionals.
• Strong sales and commercial orientation with the ability to drive processes forward.
• High technical aptitude and capacity to learn complex medical systems independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, independent, responsible, and highly committed.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration and reporting.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours.
