Chief Concierge – New Hotel Opening in Tel Aviv

About the role

The Chief Concierge will lead the concierge department for Six Senses' new hotel in Tel Aviv, ensuring the brand’s vision of wellness, sustainability and emotional hospitality is delivered. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day guest service, creating memorable, personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a wide range of guest requests, providing personalized recommendations while adhering to hotel standards.
• Process and handle guest packages, messages and mail.
• Assist guests with enquiries about hotel services, operating hours, in‑house events, directions and other requests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local events and venues, offering tailored suggestions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agents, brokers and venues to ensure high service levels.
• Uphold Six Senses service guidelines, consistently meeting performance benchmarks and LQA standards.
• Ensure clear communication between departments and enforce policies, procedures and best practices.
• Promote cost‑conscious practices through training and monitor compliance with legal, statutory and financial requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of concierge experience in luxury hotels, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions and events in Tel Aviv.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
