Category Manager – Personal Care

About the role

Unilever Israel is seeking a strategic Category Manager to lead its Home & Personal Care portfolio. You will shape brand strategy, drive growth, and manage innovation projects while collaborating with local and global teams in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local marketing strategy based on category performance, market data, and business objectives.
• Build business plans, translate strategy into operational actions, and monitor KPI performance.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis, including brand health, competitive landscape, media performance, and consumer insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end innovation projects, from concept and business case to product launch and new‑category entry.
• Design and manage 360° brand communication plans across digital and traditional media.
• Plan, allocate, and control the annual category budget and P&L, ensuring efficiency and resource optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking, numerical proficiency and analytical capabilities for market and budget planning.
• Proven ability to work across multiple internal, external and global stakeholders.
• Leadership, accountability and ownership with excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
