Founding Content & Creator Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Content & Creator Lead to shape the content ecosystem of MANNA, our food‑focused platform that turns social‑media inspiration into actionable recipes. In this hands‑on role you will define and execute the strategy for attracting culinary creators, curating high‑quality food content, and ensuring users discover engaging recipes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard culinary creators who align with MANNA’s vision.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with creators, coordinating their participation and ongoing content contributions.
• Curate recipes, collections and featured content to maintain relevance and quality across the platform.
• Analyze user behavior to spot content gaps and prioritize new creator categories.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to improve content discovery and engagement.
• Track creator performance metrics and refine initiatives that drive active participation.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of social media, digital content and creator ecosystems.
• Proven experience working with creators, influencers or online communities.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and independent execution skills.
• Ability to make judgment calls on what content will resonate with users.
• Passion for food, cooking and consumer platforms.
