Call Center Sales Training & Performance Manager

About the role

Pango is seeking a passionate Call Center Sales Training & Performance Manager to elevate sales excellence across its contact centers in Israel. You will combine coaching, process design, and data‑driven improvement to boost revenue and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of sales processes and performance‑improvement initiatives across multiple call centers.
• Design, refine, and implement high‑quality sales scripts and methodologies.
• Define sales KPIs, monitor performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Coach, train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales call‑center environments in Israel.
• At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently between centers (e.g., Arad, Shafram, Ashdod).
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and training.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales KPIs, targets, and reporting tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation for business processes.
