Buyer – Procurement for Electronics Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Buyer to join our Procurement team supporting electronics operations at our headquarters in Tel Aviv. The role is full‑time with the possibility to work from home one day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle, from obtaining and reviewing quotations to PO processing, goods receipt and invoice approval.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with local and international suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics teams to meet business and operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring cost‑effectiveness, quality standards and continuity of supply.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Proficiency with computerized procurement systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities, assertiveness and the capacity to work independently.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field (advantageous).
• Technical understanding of electronic products and manufacturing processes (advantageous).
• Professional procurement certifications or relevant purchasing courses (advantageous).
