Global Quality & OPEX Director

About the role

Netafim is seeking a Global Quality & Operational Excellence Director to shape and execute its worldwide quality and continuous‑improvement strategy. The role spans all manufacturing sites, supply‑chain operations and relevant business units, driving a culture of Lean, Six Sigma and superior product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy a global Quality strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish company‑wide quality standards, policies and governance processes.
• Lead the implementation of a digitalized End‑to‑End Quality Management System.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, monitor COPQ, customer complaints, product defects and audit performance.
• Develop and execute the Global Operational Excellence roadmap, promoting Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Visual Management and idea generation.
• Lead a global network of Quality and OpEx professionals across production and supply‑chain footprints.
• Oversee Supplier Quality, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Manufacturing Quality Performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global quality and operational excellence programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance and digital quality tools.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive cultural change worldwide.
