Drone Technician – UAV Assembly & Integration

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Drone Technician to join our Integration Lab team in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for assembling, integrating, and testing advanced UAV systems, ensuring every component meets strict engineering and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic sub‑systems, including airframe, propulsion, wiring, controllers, and sensors according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, connector installation, and soldering; conduct continuity checks, short detection, and initial electrical functionality tests.
• Execute functional and integration testing of UAV systems, identify faults, document deviations, and support troubleshooting.
• Document all assembly and testing activities in accordance with quality procedures and collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Participate in process improvements (DFM/DFA), support prototype builds, system upgrades, and maintain a clean, safe lab environment.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in electro‑mechanical system assembly or integration, preferably with UAV platforms.
• Experience working in defense or highly regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and follow technical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
