Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist (Retail)

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Make‑up Artist you will blend creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives in‑store events and maintains premium visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product use and beauty techniques.
• Assist in planning and executing in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software and handle transactions.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur‑level experience acceptable if demonstrated expertise.
• Strong ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Legal right to live and work in the country.
