Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist (Retail)

About the role

As a skilled make‑up artist you will blend creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to a high‑performing team that drives in‑store events and maintains visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored make‑up consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on techniques and product usage.
• Maintain store visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate from competitors.
• Support and help organise in‑store events and promotions.
• Utilise retail point‑of‑sale software to process transactions and track sales.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience preferred; amateur‑level experience accepted if high creative and technical ability is demonstrated.
• Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Eligibility to work in the country (proof required if invited to interview).
