Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Make‑up Artist you will blend creative flair with technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to high‑impact in‑store events and maintaining premium visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored make‑up consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product usage and trends.
• Participate in and help organise in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience preferred; amateur experience accepted if demonstrably skilled.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
