Beauty Advisor / Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will combine creative makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience. You will work within a high‑performing team, supporting events and ensuring visual merchandising standards that differentiate the store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored makeup consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Educate shoppers on product use, trends, and techniques.
• Assist with in‑store events and promotional activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase prestige beauty brands.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems and handle transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
• Previous experience in retail or makeup artistry is preferred, but amateur experience with demonstrable skill is accepted.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (certification desirable).
• Retail point‑of‑sale software proficiency.
